Hi, I’m Ratna.

If foot pain is stopping you from doing the things you love, then me and my team can help.

Yep, I’m open! This covid thing is still going on, but as a medical professional you can be assured that I am looking after your health with strict cleaning and health and safety procedures.

How we can help you?

Are you struggling with a foot problem that is stopping you from doing the things you love?

That niggling injury that is keeping you from playing your favourite sport, that despite rest hasn’t gone away on its own.

Maybe you have an painful ingrowing toenail that you just don’t know what to do with (or you’re embarrassed to talk to someone about).

What do you need?

You need someone to listen to you, understand your problems and give you a common sense approach to sorting that problem out.

Using language that you understand and working with you to get to your goals.

How do we work?

To begin we have a conversation on the phone to find out a bit more about your problem.

This helps me to guide you towards either an appointment, or some other course of action.

If an appointment is indicated, I can arrange that for you, booking you into the clinic for a full examination and treatment plan, or see you in the comfort of your own home.

From hospitals as part of the Orthopaedic foot and ankle clinic, through to her private clinic and home visits, Ratna enjoys all aspects of podiatry.

When not working with feet and legs she provides the final year lecture to podiatry students on falls prevention and also teaching specialist physiotherapists in London, Dublin and Suffolk.

She has acted as a specialist footwear consultant to the Oberoi & Trident Hotels & Resorts in India following an interesting experience at Delhi Airport (you should ask her about it).

She also loves stories, people and (according to her husband) can talk until the cows come home.

You can also find her walking, reading, performing yoga, meditating and exercising (although not at the same time).

About Nim

Nim is a podiatrist with many years of experience, having qualified from the The London Foot Hospital at University College London in 2001.

She’s led service development for the NHS, working as a team leader as part of the community podiatry and within high risk ulcer clinics.

She’s passionate about helping to promote good footwear and to prevent foot problems and complaints., and is now bringing that passion, expertise and skill to Ratna Podiatry.

Outside of work she loves to read, walk and swim (obviously not at the same time) and also spends quality time with her three daughters.
