Hi, I’m Ratna.
If foot pain is stopping you from doing the things you love, then me and my team can help.
How we can help you?
Are you struggling with a foot problem that is stopping you from doing the things you love?
That niggling injury that is keeping you from playing your favourite sport, that despite rest hasn’t gone away on its own.
Maybe you have an painful ingrowing toenail that you just don’t know what to do with (or you’re embarrassed to talk to someone about).
What do you need?
You need someone to listen to you, understand your problems and give you a common sense approach to sorting that problem out.
Using language that you understand and working with you to get to your goals.
How do we work?
To begin we have a conversation on the phone to find out a bit more about your problem.
This helps me to guide you towards either an appointment, or some other course of action.
If an appointment is indicated, I can arrange that for you, booking you into the clinic for a full examination and treatment plan, or see you in the comfort of your own home.

About Ratna
Ratna is a podiatrist with many years of experience working with foot and leg problems.
From hospitals as part of the Orthopaedic foot and ankle clinic, through to her private clinic and home visits, Ratna enjoys all aspects of podiatry.
When not working with feet and legs she provides the final year lecture to podiatry students on falls prevention and also teaching specialist physiotherapists in London, Dublin and Suffolk.
She has acted as a specialist footwear consultant to the Oberoi & Trident Hotels & Resorts in India following an interesting experience at Delhi Airport (you should ask her about it).
She also loves stories, people and (according to her husband) can talk until the cows come home.
You can also find her walking, reading, performing yoga, meditating and exercising (although not at the same time).
About Nim
I’m Nim, a podiatrist with over 20 years’ experience. I qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from The London Foot Hospital, University College London, in 2001 and have spent much of my career working within the NHS, including community podiatry and high-risk ulcer clinics, as well as roles in team leadership and service development.
I’m registered with the HCPC, a member of the Royal College of Podiatry, and qualified in local anaesthesia, nail surgery, and prescription-only medicines (POMs).
My work covers the full range of chiropody and podiatry, with particular interests in general foot care, vascular and neurological foot assessment, and the management of high-risk foot conditions such as diabetes and rheumatoid arthritis.
Outside of clinic, I’m a mum of three daughters and passionate about promoting good footwear to help prevent common foot problems. I enjoy reading, swimming, and spending time outdoors with my family.
About Reetu
With over 20 years of clinical experience across both the NHS and private sector, I am a highly skilled Podiatrist specialising in the management and prevention of diabetic foot complications. My practice is rooted in evidence-based care, patient education, and early intervention to support long-term foot health for people living with diabetes.
I have worked extensively within multidisciplinary teams, providing advanced assessments, wound care, vascular and neurological screening, and tailored treatment plans for complex cases. My approach is compassionate, thorough, and centred on empowering patients to understand and manage their own foot health.
Outside of clinical practice, I enjoy hiking, exploring new places, and cooking. These interests keep me active, curious, and balanced—qualities that flow naturally into the care I provide.
About Zainab
I'm a Podiatrist who has been working in a community based NHS setting for over 7 years. I specialised in the foot at high risk of ulcerating: those with vascular or neurological foot complications, and complex medical histories. I've even shadowed the Vascular surgeons across the street at St. Mary's Hospital, building professional relations and developing a multi-disciplinary approach for our patients.
As a result of the fast-moving nature of working within the NHS, I was able to develop effective & efficient general Podiatry skills and comprehensive clinical assessment skills. I was able to adopt a problem solving approach, engaging patients and carers in the treatment plans that I made.
In my free time I enjoy reading and going on long walks. I am also fond of drawing & painting, which helps with the fine motor skills needed for my profession.
Testimonials
“Love her! She dealt with my toddler amazingly, she was so calming and nurturing and doesn’t just treat and leave you. She follows up and it feels like you know her your whole life. She is now the only person we will use in our family for our podiatry’s needs.
Thank you Ratna”
“I had a biomechanical gait assessment with Ratna at her Precious Soles clinic in Potters Bar. She was incredibly helpful in helping me with persistent sesamoid pain- she identified some issues that no other podiatrist had picked up, gave me a heel raise, orthotics and helped with shoe fitting. Most importantly she gave me some simple exercises to do three time a day and these have made a huge difference. Ratna is also brilliant at checking in and following up after a consultation: she gave me further advice at 2 and 6 weeks after we met, which I very much appreciated. I am so glad I had the assessment with her - money well spent and a really good service.”
“Ratna has been excellent in helping me with my toe. I now can walk without any pain and her advice has been invaluable. Ratna takes an holistic approach and I always feel safe and cared for. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.”
